New Developments in Signaling Theory. Model Building, Applications, and Empirical Corroborations

Behaviour is one of the three section of the Department of Humanities,
Social and Political Sciences (D-GESS).
The chairs of this area focus on research into individual behaviour in a social context using experimental methods or experiment-oriented methods such as computer simulation, field or poll experiments within the framework of survey studies. The educational context plays a major role. The unique interplay between social psychology, sociology, economics and behavioural sciences in a psychological and biological context allows for a deeper insight and creates different approaches to examine research problems.
The cooperating chairs and their heads are:
| Prof. Dr. Hans-Dieter Daniel | |
| Prof. Dr. Andreas Diekmann | |
| Prof. Dr. Dirk Helbing | |
| Prof. Dr. Renate Schubert | |
|
Prof. Dr. Ryan Murphy |
|
| Prof. Dr. Elsbeth Stern | |

vacant |
Their collaboration leverages the synergies between the administrative and academic, ensuring research and education of the highest level.
