Optimizing school classroom instruction

The institute investigates the mutual influence of the environment and physiological processes as well the perceptions and behavior of individuals. It combines fundamental research on human learning with applied research projects on optimizing learning in school environments.

The Institute of Behavioral Sciences consists of two professorships:
